I roast single-origin beans that are bought in micro lots by my green coffee broker directly from the farmers themselves. The beans I obtain are available in limited quantities. This means that while I may not always have “that particular bean”, there will always be a bit of a selection. My main focus in roasting is to produce the highest-quality beans.
