  • *A note about 2027 venue rental rates:

    We’re parting ways with our standard in-house tables to offer maximum layout flexibility and keep our rates affordable! We’ve lowered our 2027 rates, which still include our house chairs (wood cross-back style w/ linen seat pad) and a few wood tables. Additional tables / linens can be coordinated & rented directly through one of our preferred third-party vendors.

    A $450 standard Event Security and Cleaning Fee is applied to all events.

    Seated Events (For 2026/2027): 170 max guest capacity + dance floor area

    Strolling Events (For 2027): 185 max guest capacity

    We do not host minor-only events. Majority of guest count must be at least 21 years of age.

  • STANDARD EVENING RENTAL

    • Active Event: 6pm - 11pm

    • Includes set-up access @ 3pm & 1-hr post-event breakdown time.

    • Flexible timelines offered for weekday events - Monday through Thursday (Marketplace is closed on weekdays).

    SAMPLE EVENING TIMELINE

    • 3pm-6pm: Set-up

    • 6pm: Guest arrival

    • 6pm-7pm: Cocktail hour

      *Marketplace shops open

    • 7pm: Marketplace Closes / Main Bar Opens

    • 7:15pm: Ceremony, grand entrance, speeches or program begins

    • 7:30pm: Dinner Service (*may begin as early as 7pm if ceremony is offsite)

    • 10:45pm: Last call @ Bar

    • 11pm: Event ends and guests depart

    • 11pm-12am: Clean-up

    *Please inquire about earlier / alternative timeline options for Sunday evening events (Marketplace closes 1-hour earlier on Sundays).

Our guests absolutely loved this unique, fun venue! We received so many compliments during and after the wedding. We loved the many great photo-op spaces in and around the Rust Belt, and felt as though this was the perfect venue for our whimsical, disco-inspired wedding day. As folks who didn’t want to have to make a ton of decisions, the Rust Belt made it easy by providing vendor referrals, a list of caterers to choose from, a space that required minimal decor, and a pre-determined structure to the day. It should also be noted that the pricing was fair and competitive, too. We would recommend this venue to couples seeking a low-stress, easy, unique, intimate, and fun space. We are SO happy with our decision to get married at the Rust Belt Market!

    Standard layouts are based on the most efficient use of our space in order to maximize comfort for your guests.

    Layouts include communal-style seating, a large central aisle, overall walkability, and plenty of dance-floor space!

    DISCLAIMERS

    • 14 farm tables cannot be removed from event space.

    • Any approved custom layouts are subject to additional set-up & labor fees.

    • Events with 150 guests+ may require additional farm tables, set-up and labor fees, and additional staffing fees.

  • SCHEDULE A TOUR

    We strongly encourage all potential clients schedule a private venue tour to ensure we’re the perfect fit!

    PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT

    If you'd like to proceed with booking, we'll provide a detailed event proposal along with a link to our Venue Rental Agreement for your review.

    SECURE YOUR DATE

    WE DO NOT HOLD DATES!

    To officially secure your date, we require:

    • Electronic approval of Venue Rental Agreement

    • Payment of Non-Refundable booking deposit, within five days of receiving your proposal

    • Initial deposit payment is half of our Venue Rental Fee and is non-refundable under any circumstance

    Please only move forward with booking if you’re certain you’d like to host your event at The Rust Belt Market.

  • INITIAL BOOKING DEPOSIT:

    • Non-Refundable Deposit is due to officially secure your date. Initial deposit is half of Venue Rental Fee.

    • Preliminary event proposal and date-hold is valid for a period of 5 days.

    Please note, we do not hold dates.

    If initial deposit is not received within 5 days of event proposal receipt, your date will be forfeited and made available to other touring clients.

    90 DAY PAYMENT INCLUDES:

    • Venue Rental Balance

    • Standard Cleaning Fee

    • Any upgrades / add-ons

    30 DAY FINAL BALANCE PAYMENT INCLUDES:

    • Final bar package selections + confirmed guest count

    • Service fee, sales tax, and any applicable gratuity

    • Any remaining upgrades / add-ons
