Includes set-up access @ 3pm & a clean-up hour.
Flexible timelines offered for weekday events - Monday through Thursday.

Standard layouts are based on the most efficient use of our space in order to maximize comfort for your guests.
Each layout includes communal-style seating, a large central aisle-way, overall walkability, and plenty of dance-floor space!
Complete floor plan set up is provided by The Rust Belt team.
DISCLAIMERS
We do not offer open-concept floor plans.
Custom layouts are subject to additional set-up & labor fees.
We cannot remove tables to accommodate smaller events.
14 farm tables are stationed within our event space at all times.
Final chair count is based on exact guest count.
Events with 150 guests + will require additional farm tables.

We strongly encourage all potential clients to complete a private tour with our Events Manager to ensure we’re the perfect fit!
PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
If you'd like to proceed with booking, we'll provide a detailed event proposal along with a link to our Venue Rental Agreement for your review.
SECURE YOUR DATE
WE DO NOT HOLD DATES!
To officially secure your date, we require:
Electronic approval of our Venue Rental Agreement
Payment of Non-Refundable Date-Hold Deposit within five days of receiving your proposal
This initial deposit payment is half of our Venue Rental Fee and is not refundable under any circumstance
Please only move forward with booking if you’re certain you’d like to host your event at The Rust Belt Market.

INITIAL DEPOSIT
A Non-Refundable Deposit is due to officially lock in your date.
Non-Refundable Deposit is half of Venue Rental Fee.
A preliminary event proposal is only valid for a period of 5 days.
Please note, we do not hold dates.
If an initial deposit is not received within 5 days of event proposal receipt, your date will be forfeited and made available to other touring clients.
